How Mirelio works

From application to follow-up, one step at a time

Mirelio guides a clinic from its first application to ongoing case records and follow-ups. Here is how the work moves through the platform and who is responsible at each stage.

The workflow

Six steps from first application to follow-up

  1. Clinic

    Apply

A clinic submits an application through the registration form, giving its clinic and contact details and its focus areas and capabilities.

  2. Administrator

    Review and approve

An administrator reviews the application. When it is approved, the clinic and its administrator account are created.

  3. Clinic administrator

    Set up access

The clinic administrator receives an email with a link to set a password, then signs in. Any remaining setup steps are shown in the clinic workspace.

  4. Clinic administrator

    Add your team

The clinic adds its doctors and patients, sets up specializations and uploads or organizes documents.

  5. Doctor

    Record cases

For each patient, a case is created and the doctor works through its sections: demographics, diagnosis, treatment details, imaging, adverse events, outcomes and more.

  6. Patient and doctor

    Follow up

Patients complete the questionnaires and follow-ups linked to their cases, and automatic emails notify the patient and the doctor when a case is created.
