About Mirelio

Software for organizing clinical research work

Mirelio is a web-based platform that gives research administrators, clinics, doctors and patients a shared, structured place to work. This page explains what it is for and the thinking behind it.

What Mirelio is

A shared workspace for clinics and the people who run research through them

Clinics apply to use the platform, and an administrator reviews each application. Once a clinic is approved, it sets up its own doctors and patients, and everyone works in a workspace that matches their role.

Mirelio supports how research work is recorded and organized. It does not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions.

At a glance
  • Four workspaces: Admin, Clinic, Doctor and Patient
  • Case records organized into consistent sections
  • Questionnaires and follow-ups linked to each case
  • Documents kept in the platform and shared by role

The purpose of the platform

Giving clinical research work one structured home

Clinical research involves many people and many records. Mirelio is designed to keep them connected.

  1. Onboarding

Clinic applications are submitted, reviewed and approved by administrators, so every clinic starts from the same process.

  2. Case records

Doctors record each case through the same set of sections, from demographics and diagnosis to treatment, imaging, adverse events and outcomes.

  3. Follow-up

Patients complete the questionnaires and follow-ups that belong to their cases, so later information sits alongside the original record.

Who the platform serves

Four groups, each with a workspace of their own

Administrators

People who oversee the platform. They review clinic applications and look after clinics, distributors and documents.

Clinics

Organizations that take part in the research. A clinic administrator manages the clinic’s doctors, patients and documents.

Doctors

Clinicians who work through patient cases, recording structured information and follow-ups.

Patients

People whose cases are recorded. They can view their cases and complete questionnaires and follow-ups.

Product principles

What guides the design

These are design goals for the product, not guarantees or certifications.

Clarity

Each screen shows the information a role needs, labeled in plain language.

Organized workflows

Work follows defined steps, from application to follow-up.

Usability

Pages, tables and forms are designed to be easy to read and use on common screen sizes.

Consistency

The same look, navigation and components appear across all four workspaces.
