Apply to Mirelio

Clinic registration

Register your clinic to apply for access to the Mirelio platform. An administrator reviews each application.

Who should register

Before registering, please check that your clinic or practice meets these participation criteria:

Your clinic is actively involved in one or more of these areas: Sexual Wellness, Wound Healing, Aesthetics, Hair Regeneration or Orthopedics.
You are a licensed medical professional or part of a certified research facility.
Your practice can perform one or more of the procedures listed in the form (for example IV, IM or IA).
You are willing to share de-identified data to advance collective medical understanding.

What happens next

You submit the form and see a confirmation on this page. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.
An administrator reviews your application.
If the application is approved, you receive an email with a link to set your password and sign in.
